This role isn’t about following playbooks, it’s about breaking them. You’ll test unconventional growth hacks, push bold experiments, and move fast to scale awareness, adoption, and engagement. This is a high-pace, high-ownership role. You’ll be expected to bring ideas, execute independently, and show results. Who We Are Addy AI is reinventing mortgage lending with AI. About You Track Record of Growth: You’ve built something before — a social media audience, a community, a viral campaign, or a program at work. Outspoken & Persuasive: Comfortable being bold, speaking up, and convincing people with psychology-driven tactics. Independent Operator: Can identify opportunities and run with them without being told what to do. Scrappy & Experimental: Willing to test, iterate, and find what works quickly. AI Fluent: Familiar with AI tools and plugged into the latest developments in the space. Trend-Aware: You keep up with what’s happening in tech, AI, and growth, and know how to act on it.
