The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships* Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts* Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits* Identify and propose property enhancements* Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs* Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients* Utilize Pipedrive to track customer interactions, sales, and account activity**QUALIFICATIONS:*** Proven experience in sales and account management* 3+ years of field experience and possess strong horticultural background* Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team* Ability to negotiate and understand complex sales processes* Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is a plus* Proficient in warm calling techniques to generate new leads* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams* Analytical mindset to assess market trends and customer needs* Must have a valid NJ driver’s license and be comfortable with local travel**THE PERKS**:* 401(k) plan with company match* Medical insurance* Dental insurance* Vision insurance* FSA/HSA* PerkSpot* Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance* Paid time Off* Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)**Pay Transparency**Mariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
