We are excited to announce that we are currently seeking a Lead Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is an integral part of our Design Team. We are seeking a creative and technically savvy designer to create branding, signage, collateral, and promotional items for apartment complexes. Schedule Full-time hours Monday-Thursday 8:30 – 5:30 P.M./ Early end time on Friday 8:30 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. This role is 100% in office Core Duties & Responsibilities Create signs, flags, flyers, brochures, promo items and more Create style guidelines and templates and share with design team Develop fresh and creative branding for new projects Understand a plethora of different products and materials Lead the design team by example, patience and new ideas Organize files on Google Drive Communicate with Operations Manager, Account Executive and Customer Service Coordinator Required Skills and Qualifications Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design Skilled with Google Drive Skilled in performing operations with measurements, proportion, and scale (inches, feet) Proficient in making print ready files Knowledge of signage and ADA signage is a plus Leadership experience is a plus Qualities We Are Looking For in a Candidate Able to work in a fast-paced environment Close attention to detail Driven and self-motivated Organized Communicates clearly Follows directions Consistency Understanding urgency Self-starter Punctual & Responsible Positive attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
