Job Description Trivantage a division of Glen Raven is recruiting for a Marketing Manager to focus on our Shade and Marine business. We are seeking a strategic, commercially driven Marketing Manager, Shade & Marine to accelerate market share growth and strengthen customer retention within our largest and most profitable segment. This role focuses on deepening relationships in a competitive, established market — reinforcing loyalty, protecting share, and unlocking incremental growth opportunities within existing accounts. Partnering closely with Sales leadership, the Marketing Manager will ensure programs are directly aligned to revenue objectives, drive meaningful customer engagement, and expand our presence within established accounts and target segments. Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home. Responsibilities Collaborate with Marketing Director to develop and execute the annual marketing plan for the shade and marine segments aligned with overall business objectives Lead integrated campaigns that span digital, content, email, and events to increase visibility and generate qualified leads Collaborate with the Content and Creative teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling storytelling and visual consistency Manage campaign budgets, calendars, and performance metrics Work closely with the Digital Strategy Manager and agency to optimize paid media performance, targeting, and analytics Partner closely with Sales leadership to identify competitive displacement opportunities, at‑risk accounts, and cross‑sell and upsell opportunities Support customer lifecycle marketing initiatives, including onboarding, retention, and reactivation campaigns Collaborate with the Customer Engagement Specialist to enhance engagement strategies within the segment Lead tactical promotional programs and seasonal campaigns aligned with revenue targets Leverage customer data and insights to refine segmentation and prioritize high‑value accounts Track KPIs such as share of wallet, repeat purchase rates, and customer retention metrics Collaborate with the creative team, Product Manager & Content Manager to develop segment‑specific assets (videos, email series, etc.) Support activation of integrated marketing plans, including: Sales tools such as one‑sheeters and sample books/tools Training and educational materials Develop clear, concise creative briefs and guide content creation with internal and external creative teams Support tradeshow planning and customer activation initiatives Education and Experience BA in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred) 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in established, relationship‑driven markets Experience supporting sales teams in competitive environments Strong analytical capability and comfort using customer data to guide strategy Proven ability to execute highly targeted campaigns tied to revenue outcomes Proven ability to manage multi‑channel campaigns from strategy through execution Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills Experience managing budgets and external partners or agencies Experience in industrial, marine, manufacturing, or building products preferred Why Glen Raven At Glen Raven, we embrace the strength that comes from a diverse and inclusive mindset.
