Employer Industry: Education Sector Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $33.00 per hour Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Remote work flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA Comprehensive well-being benefits for you and your family Chance to contribute to impactful digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Serve as the daily point of contact for key vendors, managing setup, delivery, pacing, and troubleshooting Upload and traffic creative assets; coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve creative/spec needs Maintain media calendars and launch timelines; support budget updates and contract coordination Initiate and manage incrementality, brand lift, and audience studies, ensuring consistent implementation and documentation Identify creators aligned with brand needs; manage outreach and coordination until the creator is ready for handoff What is Required (Qualifications): 2+ years in a marketing operations role supporting paid media vendors and/or campaign operations Demonstrated experience with creative trafficking, launch QA, and vendor communication workflows Strong operational discipline with detail orientation and reliable follow-through Comfort working with spreadsheets and maintaining clean reporting inputs Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience supporting platform studies (e.g., brand lift, incrementality) and documenting insights Familiarity with influencer operations, including vetting, tracking, and onboarding workflows Experience working with vendors across Amazon, audio, display, and video ecosystems Experience with campaign management and payment tools such as Lumanu We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
