Overview Business Development / Account Manager – CFS | NASHVILLE Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, client-focused Business Development / Account Manager to join our team in Nashville, TN. In this role, you’ll build new relationships, expand existing accounts, and partner with accounting and finance leaders who rely on CFS for top-tier staffing and recruiting support. You’ll own the full sales cycle—prospecting, outreach, meetings, negotiation, and ongoing account management—while delivering exceptional service long after the placement is made. What You’ll Do Build new client relationships within your territory
Sell CFS staffing & recruiting services to accounting and finance leaders
Manage the full sales process: research → outreach → meetings → negotiation → account management
Maintain and strengthen long-term partnerships after placements
Collaborate closely with internal recruiting partners to deliver exceptional service
Learn the local market and become a trusted advisor to your clients
Who Thrives In This Role 1+ years of experience in sales, staffing, customer-facing roles, or business-related internships
Strong communicator—comfortable with executives, managers, and everyone in between
Enjoys social media + email outreach but truly shines on the phone and face-to-face
