Lead Product Marketing Manager

Location: In-Person Los Angeles, CA Salary Range: $150K to $190K Reports to: VP of Sales and Marketing The Role LettrLabs is looking for a Lead Product Marketing Manager to own our product narrative end-to-end. This role defines how LettrLabs is positioned in the market, how our products are differentiated, and how customers understand and realize value from first touch through long-term adoption. This is a hands‑on, zero‑to‑one role. You’ll turn knowledge held by sales and account teams into repeatable, scalable assets that drive pipeline, improve close rates, and unlock new growth channels such as paid, partnerships, and referrals. What You Will Own Own product launch in partnership with Product including planning, enablement, and post-launch performance tracking Define and evolve LettrLabs core positioning, messaging, and value propositions across the product portfolio Build ICP and vertical-specific positioning frameworks across Home Services, E commerce, Nonprofits, Real Estate, and B2B SaaS Own product messaging across all customer-facing touchpoints including website, sales collateral, lifecycle marketing, onboarding, and social Develop scalable customer education and content assets that reinforce use‑case clarity and value realization Own the customer case-study and proof program from narrative development through distribution Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform positioning and influence product direction Partner closely with Product, Sales, Growth, and Customer Success to ensure consistent storytelling across the customer lifecycle Own product roadmap storytelling to drive retention and expansion Lay the messaging and enablement foundation for future growth channels (paid, partnerships, affiliates, referrals) What Success Looks Like Clear, differentiated messaging that sales can confidently sell Faster activation and stronger adoption through improved use case clarity Consistent storytelling across every channel and touchpoint Reinforced value realization that supports retention and expansion What You Bring 5 plus years of experience in Product Marketing Proven experience owning positioning across multiple industries or customer segments Strong bias toward action and comfort owning ambiguous problems Ability to translate complex products into clear business value Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills Demonstrated cross‑functional leadership with Product, Sales, Growth, and Customer Success Comfort operating in fast moving, lightly structured environments Nice to Haves Experience marketing to Home Services or E commerce audiences Experience repositioning legacy or offline categories through technology Experience in early‑stage or fast‑scaling companies LettrLabs is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
