Our services include interventional procedures, medication management, and multidisciplinary pain treatment. We collaborate closely with primary care providers, specialists, attorneys, and community partners throughout Southern Nevada. Position Overview The Healthcare Marketing & Physician Outreach Specialist is responsible for developing and strengthening referral relationships, increasing new patient volume, and enhancing PriMMed’s brand presence across our service areas. This is a relationship-driven role. The ideal candidate is comfortable conducting daily in-person visits to medical offices, engaging with physicians and administrators, coordinating appreciation initiatives, and supporting digital and community marketing efforts. Core ResponsibilitiesPhysician & Referral Outreach Conduct in-person visits to referring provider offices (PCPs, Orthopedics, Neurology, Urgent Care, Chiropractors, etc.) Build and maintain relationships with physicians, office managers, and referral coordinators Present PriMMed’s services, procedures, and treatment pathways Track referral sources and analyze referral patterns Educate offices on referral processes, documentation requirements, and scheduling workflows Coordinate provider lunches, office drop-offs, and appreciation events Community & Reputation Marketing Organize community outreach events and open houses Support town hall meetings, attorney outreach, and educational initiatives Represent PriMMed at local events, health fairs, and networking opportunities Develop strategies to increase patient awareness in Las Vegas and Pahrump Digital & Brand Management Manage Google Business, Yelp, and online directory listings Coordinate business updates, photos, and verification Monitor online reviews and assist with reputation management Collaborate with leadership on website content and marketing messaging Internal Coordination Collaborate with scheduling, referral, and leadership teams Track new patient volume and referral growth Prepare monthly marketing activity and ROI reports Identify service line growth opportunities Required Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of healthcare marketing experience Physician liaison/outreach experience strongly preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare workflows Comfortable with daily local travel (Las Vegas & Pahrump) Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Professional presentation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field Preferred Qualifications Experience marketing within pain management, orthopedics, spine, neurology, or surgical specialties Familiarity with referral-based practice models CRM tracking or referral reporting experience Online reputation management experience (Google/Yelp) Event coordination or community outreach experience Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Growth in new patient referrals Increased referring provider engagement Activation of new referring offices Online review growth and rating improvement Community event participation Referral retention and follow-up effectiveness Work Environment Combination of field-based outreach and administrative coordination Frequent travel between Las Vegas and Pahrump Occasional evening community events Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) PTO & Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding practice #J-18808-Ljbffr
