Hubbard-Hall is a 176-year-old industrial chemical company that competes by being smarter, faster, and more helpful than much larger competitors. We are actively integrating AI into how we market, sell, and support customers!
We are looking for a college student who is excited about using AI in real business settings , specifically inside marketing and customer engagement, and who is comfortable working with data to uncover insights.
This is not a social media internship. This is not a content internship.
This is a build-with-AI internship inside a real B2B business!
What You’ll Work On You will help us apply AI to real marketing and commercial challenges such as:
Using ChatGPT / LLM tools to analyze customer data, product data, and marketing materials
Building AI-assisted workflows for marketing campaigns, email outreach, and customer segmentation
Improving how we use our product data (5,000+ SKUs, technical sheets, safety sheets) for smarter search and marketing
Identifying patterns in customer behavior and sales data using analytics tools
Helping design dashboards and reports that turn marketing data into decisions
Testing AI tools for content generation, market research, and customer targeting
Working directly with leadership on practical AI use cases in a B2B environment
You will not be observing. You will be building.

Qualifications What We’re Looking For A college student who:
Is genuinely interested in AI and how it can be used in business
Has coursework or interest in marketing, digital marketing, or market research
Is comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and figuring things out
Has used tools like ChatGPT, Excel/Google Sheets, or basic analytics tools
Is curious, self-directed, and enjoys solving messy real problems
Wants to learn how AI is changing how companies actually operate
Majors that fit well:
