We are now looking for a creative and purpose driven Social & Content Marketing Executive to help us share our story authentically, responsibly, and with impact.
Location: Ringwood (Hybrid)
Hours: Part-time, 16–18 hours per week
Salary: £28,500 – £31,500 (Pro Rata)

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Social & Content Marketing Executive - What the Role Involves
You will bring our brand to life across digital channels, creating engaging content that:
Builds trust with families.
Supports recruitment.
Showcases the impact of our care.
Strengthens brand awareness.
Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure messaging is human, compliant, and aligned with care sector regulations and our organisational values.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Launch and optimise paid campaigns via Google Ads and Meta platforms.
Write compelling copy for social posts, blogs, campaigns, and recruitment marketing.
Capture and share real stories ethically and sensitively.
Manage content calendars and support campaign planning.
Monitor performance metrics and optimise content accordingly.
Support SEO (keyword research, on-page and image optimisation).
Create and distribute newsletters and email campaigns.
Measure and report on digital marketing performance.
Stay informed on marketing trends and best practice.
Liaise with designers, media agencies, and external partners.
About You
Proven experience in a Digital Marketing or similar role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing best practice.
Experience with B2C social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM.
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
Excellent creative copywriting skills.
Analytical mindset and strong communication skills.
Basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva).
A genuine interest in the Care/Healthcare sector.
Desirable:
BSc/BA in Marketing or related field.
