We are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development Sales Representative to join our team and drive our growth, through new business. As a Business Development Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our business expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and secure new client relationships. You will play a crucial role in promoting our services, building lasting partnerships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online platforms. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their recruiting needs and presenting tailored solutions. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed weekly KPI’s. Presentation & Negotiation: Conduct compelling presentations and negotiate contracts with prospective clients to secure new business. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, and account management. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Mindset: Results-driven, self-motivated, and highly organized with a strong work ethic. Technology: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and various sales tools.
