Marketing Coordinator

We’re in search of a dynamic marketing coordinator to support our senior staff in accomplishing our marketing objectives. An excellent fit for this position is a team player who is a dynamic thinker with creative ideas. We welcome applicants with excellent project management skills, a knack for innovation, and a proven track record of success. This is a part-time role (about 10-20 hours per week). We do need someone who comes to the office in Brea, CA, at least 2 days per week. Responsibilities Help with mailing and gathering marketing materials Helping with CRM Setting up meetings Help with social media Come up with ideas for reels Work directly with firm owners to make sure marketing goals are met Qualifications Understanding of CRM Understanding of social media platforms Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic Advanced knowledge of current market trends Compensation $20 - $24 hourly About The Wagon Legacy At The Wagon Legacy, we help families protect their future and create peace of mind through thoughtful and well‑crafted estate plans.
