About the Marketing Project Assistant Co‑Op Position
We are seeking a part‑time Marketing Project Assistant Co‑Op, working four (4) days per week to join our team and support a variety of marketing and brand initiatives across the organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience contributing to marketing campaigns, communications, and project coordination efforts that support the company’s overall brand strategy and business objectives.
As a Marketing Project Assistant Co‑Op, you will gain exposure to a range of marketing activities, including campaign execution, content support, marketing communications, and project tracking. You will work closely with the marketing team and cross‑functional partners, contributing ideas and support that help drive marketing initiatives forward and enhance brand visibility.
Core Responsibilities
Assist with coordination and execution of marketing projects and integrated marketing campaigns
Help maintain project timelines, trackers, marketing assets, and deliverables
Assist with creating and editing content for social media, email newsletters, and marketing materials
Support development of internal and external marketing communications including print and digital materials
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for marketing initiatives
Help ensure marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Assist with presentations, reporting, and basic marketing data tracking
Support meetings, event logistics, and general marketing team initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
0–1 years of related internship, co‑op, or academic project experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Photography or photo editing experience is a plus
Reporting Structure
Reports to the Corporate Communications Manager.
