Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Staffing Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires a proactive and ambitious individual who can identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to attract new clients and expand our client base
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target companies
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions
Negotiate contracts and fees with clients to ensure profitability for the company
Attend networking events and conferences to promote the company and build a strong professional network
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase our services and capabilities
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Keep up-to-date with industry news, competitors, and market conditions to stay ahead of the game
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the staffing industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
