Marketing Coordinator
TruSight, Franklinville, PA, United States
Who We Are
TruSightoperates two distinct but complementary businesses serving the private equity ecosystem:
TruSightServices provides retained buy-side search and intermediary coverage PE firms with up to 50 person headcount. Through direct outreach to business owners, we source proprietary acquisition opportunities and maintain an always-on pipeline of vetted deals. Our intermediary coverage service connects investors with the fragmented market of smaller sell-side investment banks that most firms can't fully cover on their own.
Private Equity Info is our B2B SaaS platform—a searchable national database of impeccably accurate private company information. Founded in 2005, the platform has become the trusted source for targeted searches of private equity firms, investment interests, portfolio companies, and professional bios. Our data covers executive contacts, industry details, investor relationships, intermediary information, and active transactions.
We’re a small, senior team that values precision, transparency, and delivering genuine value to dealmakers. Our brand promise is simple: targeted M&A data, all signal, no noise.
Who You Are
TruSight is the trusted source for targeted M&A research, serving private equity professionals, investment bankers, and dealmakers who demand precision and ROI. We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to run our content engine and demand generation operations—someone who thrives on execution, brings informed perspective to strategy conversations, and knows how to leverage AI tools without sacrificing quality.
You’ll own the day-to-day execution of TruSight's marketing operations—from content production to demand generation to funnel analytics. This role reports to leadership and works closely with our subject matter experts and external consultants to create research-driven content that positions TruSight as the authoritative voice in PE deal sourcing.
We’re not looking for a strategist who delegates. We need a sharp, experienced doer who gets the work done, sees patterns in the data, and contributes informed recommendations—while leadership owns the overall strategy and playbooks. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and approaches every task with an AI-first mindset, leveraging tools like Claude and ChatGPT to work efficiently while maintaining the quality and precision our audience expects. You understand that generic AI output undermines credibility, and you know how to use these tools to enhance your work, not replace your judgment.
This is a full-time remote position. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
