Role Overview AndersonOrd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in St. Augustine, Florida. This role plays a key part in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen the AndersonOrd brand while driving customer engagement and sales growth. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to assist in campaign execution, content development, brand initiatives, and partner communication. This position requires someone who is both creative and organized, capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining the premium standard that defines AndersonOrd. Key Responsibilities Create screen print mockups and design assets using Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite tools Assist with the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns Support event planning and brand activations including trade shows, partner events, and promotional initiatives Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives align with and support sales objectives Help strengthen and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and brand collaborators Develop and assist in the creation of online and offline marketing content Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and events Assist in maintaining brand consistency across marketing materials and communications Support day‑to‑day marketing operations and special projects as needed Qualifications 1–3 years minimum of marketing experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and follow‑up skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects Ability to work in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment Who You Are Energetic, enthusiastic, and confident in front of groups Relationship‑driven with a customer‑first mindset Creative, proactive, and solutions‑oriented A team player who thrives in a fast‑growing, performance‑driven culture Positive, competitive, and aligned with the AndersonOrd standard #J-18808-Ljbffr
