Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of experience to own core end-to-end product experiences and shape design for a new category in social commerce. This is the first in-house design hire at a fast-growing, well-funded startup. The Opportunity We are building the operating system for a new era of commerce, where community, conversation, and shopping converge. Backed by top-tier investors (recent $10M+ Series A), we are an AI-native company founded by ex-Meta product and engineering leaders. As our first designer, you will have immense ownership in defining the product's look, feel, and user experience from the ground up. What You'll Do Own end-to-end product experiences, from user research to pixel-perfect shipped product. Design complex, data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, and analytics tools for B2B customers. Pioneer new design patterns for AI-human collaboration in a social commerce context. Conduct deep user research with social media managers and community teams to build with empathy. Build and maintain a scalable design system as the platform grows. Leverage AI tools in your everyday workflow to enhance speed and creativity. Collaborate closely with founders and a lean, high-impact engineering team. Who You Are You have 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design. You have thrived at an early-stage startup (Seed to Series B) and enjoy the autonomy and ambiguity that comes with it. You have a strong portfolio designing B2B SaaS products , particularly those with data-heavy interfaces. You have experience in social media, community building, influencer marketing, or e-commerce . You hold a design degree from a top-tier HCI or design program . You have a strong understanding of AI/ML product design and human-AI interaction patterns , and you actively use AI in your workflow. You are deeply customer-obsessed with genuine empathy for the daily challenges of social media and community teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
