What a Typical Day Looks Like Start your day by planning your route and visiting customers on-site (~15 stops) Build relationships, identify needs, and schedule/secure new work Keep clear notes and metrics in our system and stay aligned with your Owner/Sales team Wrap up with light admin and prep from the office, plus weekly coaching and support Traits Over Experience No Sales Experience Required: No prior industry experience, degree, or formal sales background is necessary. We can teach the process; we can’t teach these traits. Coachable: Eager to learn, open to feedback, and willing to follow a proven sales playbook. Curious: Comfortable asking questions and focused on serving customers by understanding their needs first. Detail‑Oriented: Stays organized with routing, notes, and follow‑ups.
