Business Development Manager (Full-Cycle Sales) We’re looking for a strong Business Development Manager (owning the full sales cycle) to join our team and help grow CryptoRank.io – a leading Web3.0 analytics and data platform. In this role, you’ll drive revenue by managing the full sales cycle, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base in the fast‑growing market. Experience Level: Middle Responsibilities Attract and convert new clients and develop relationships with current ones Manage and optimize the entire full sales cycle Develop and present commercial offers to potential partners Sell ad placements and marketing services (inbound and outbound sales) Attend and represent the company at Crypto conferences and industry events Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Analytics) for campaign execution Requirements 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2C Sales, preferably in Web3.0, IT, Outsource, FinTech Solid understanding of Web3 projects and narratives Excellent verbal and written English (B2/C1) Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders Familiarity with digital advertising metrics Ability to independently structure and lead sales conversations from prospecting to closing Soft Skills Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Proactive, data‑driven decision‑maker What we offer Full‑time remote work (European time zone) Competitive compensation rate + commission (% of sales) Participation in Crypto conferences across Europe/Asia Friendly and professional team with a focus on performance and growth! #J-18808-Ljbffr
