Overview Account Executive - Home Health - Fresno Focus Health Careers / Focus Health Fresno Account Executive - Home Health - Fresno Full-time • High school degree required • Salary: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year What You’ll Do As our Home Health Account Executive, you will drive growth by expanding Focus Home Health’s referral network and building trusted partnerships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community providers throughout the Fresno area. This role is ideal for someone based in Fresno who enjoys being out in the community, building face-to-face relationships, and taking full ownership of their local territory. You Will Conduct in-services, presentations, and educational meetings with referral partners Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and community providers Promote Focus Home Health’s full range of clinical services Work closely with agency leadership to execute marketing and growth strategies Maintain referral source activity and account data in our CRM Manage a structured territory plan with regular referral source visits Develop and execute quarterly sales and growth strategies Identify new business opportunities and market trends You Are You’re a confident communicator who knows how to open doors and build lasting partnerships. You’re comfortable working independently, managing a territory, and driving results in a competitive healthcare market.
