Team Description:
Responsible for managing key logistics, project management, and administration for Culture Marketing network and product objectives. Provide day-to-day communication and support to both external and internal teams dedicated to the projects. Ensure effective communication flow between all internal parties and external counterparts.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Research talent, relevant cultural moments and project releases within the Entertainment industry
Support office visits with Culture Marketing talent, i.e. pulling product beforehand, guiding talent through product priorities, packing product, completing all reporting procedures
Work with the Partner team to fufill product pulls and orders for the adidas talent network
Identify opportunities to connect Culture Marketing Partners to our brand through relevant global entertainment and sports activities
Coordinate logistics and administrative operations for talent projects
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Project management skills and an ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and presentations
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook
Strong organizational, problem solving, time management and resolution skills
QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a College/University
Anticipated graduation date is between December 2026 and August 2027
Eligible to work in the US without restrictions.
Available to participate in our 12-week full-time internship program from May/June to August/September 2026

In early 2024, we began the three chapter journey into the future, centered on our new brand campaign, You Got This. “You Got This” is designed to motivate everyone to overcome pressure and realize their personal potential.
Instead of a cover letter, please submit a 1-page PDF answering the following prompt: Show us who you are and what “You Got This” means to you. This is your chance to think outside the box, show adidas your authentic self and what makes you passionate about joining the Brand. The only requirement is that the adidas 1-Pager is submitted as a PDF. It can be in any format such as print, visual, written, digital, a link, etc.

The base pay for this position is $32/hour.
