Overview Objectives
This product marketing role is responsible for defining positioning and creating compelling content to amplify Lenovo Hybrid AI solutions and services. Driving cut-through in key target verticals will be a core focus.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop marketing strategy and plans for Hybrid AI solutions and services and services across verticals, including retail, manufacturing and sports.
Drive product positioning strategy for new and existing solutions, services, and capabilities enabled by AI and hybrid cloud
Develop and evolve compelling narratives and value propositions for Lenovo's full-stack hybrid AI solutions, including agentic and physical AI
Orchestrate positioning of Lenovo Hybrid AI Advantage solutions and Lenovo AI Library use cases
Create and maintain content to engage customers across touchpoints, including sales conversations, events, web, etc.
Develop thought leadership positioning Lenovo as Hybrid AI market leader
Partner with product development / management on roadmap execution, including the launch and rollout of new solutions (and eventual withdrawal)
Understand Hybrid AI market trends, customer requirements, usage, and buying behavior, as well as the competitive landscape
Develop revenue-driving programs, campaigns, and marketing activities
Create and manage a marketing budget and agencies
Key Deliverables
Comprehensive solutions marketing and enablement plans
Compelling value props, bold statements, and messaging differentiation
Solution launches, plus ongoing marketing management
Development and execution of global AI readiness survey campaign
Measurement and reporting on marketing activities and programs (ROI)
Key Success Metrics
Successful offering introduction and rollout (time to revenue, launch success, stakeholder feedback)
Regular marketing performance metrics and KPIs (product adoption, lead generation, market impact)
Balanced marketing budget
Interfaces with Cross-Functional Teams
Primary Stakeholders: Hybrid AI Services Marketing Lead Offering Leads
Corporate marketing (AR, events, PR/comms, brand, web, social media)
Geos marketing and sales (NA, LA, EMEA, and AP)
Marketing and sales enablement teams across BGs
Customers and partners
Basic Qualifications
12+ years of B2B product marketing experience in the technology sector, including at least five years in services and two years directly managing the marketing and positioning of AI or emerging technologies solutions
Degree level qualification in marketing, journalism or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of agentic AI and physical AI use cases across industries
Experience launching and managing offerings through the lifecycle
Track record of engaging global audiences and matrix teams
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in challenging situations
Outstanding writing, content development and editing skills with the ability to communicate simply and authentically
Professional presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
This role offers the flexibility to be home-based anywhere in the United States. If you're near our Chicago or Raleigh offices, we follow a friendly hybrid model with three days a week in the office—great for collaboration and connection!
The base salary range budgeted for this position is $136,000 to $170,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
