Business Development Manager (Cosmetics & Perfumes)
Company Description
Pardgroup, a leading company in integrated services for retail and large-scale distribution, is seeking a new Business Development Manager to join its Business Development team.
Position
Focusing on retail fit-out and production services in the Cosmetics & Perfumes sector, the candidate will perform the following tasks:
Analyze the target market to identify potential client companies;
Generate new business opportunities by engaging new companies in partnerships and collaborations;
Up-selling/cross-selling our company services;
Screen and evaluate customer technical needs to propose the most suitable solutions;
Draft and negotiate commercial offers;
Maintain and consolidate our clients partnerships, through regular follow-up moments.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Previous experience in a similar commercial role;
Strong knowledge of the sector Cosmetics & Perfumes;
Good knowledge of the retail fit-out design and production sectors;
Knowledge of basic IT tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Availability to travel locally.
