Teams at Tripadvisor, AdvancedMD, Next Insurance , and others rely on Sudozi to: Centralize procurement intake across finance, IT, legal, and security, with seamless native integrations to Ironclad, Jira, Slack, and other tools your teams rely on every day Orchestrate complex multi-approver workflows with dynamic logic Modernize vendor onboarding and compliance Manage invoices, coding, routing, and approvals Execute P2P payments with clean ERP synchronization Unlock AI-powered insights that improve decision quality, reduce cycle times, and increase spend visibility After a year of deep product focus and referral customer adoption in procurement, we’re now ready to scale our outbound motion by hiring a Founding BDR to help bring Sudozi’s story to more finance, procurement, and operations teams. What You’ll Do As a Founding BDR , you will be a core part of Sudozi’s growth engine and help shape our early go-to-market motion. Build targeted outbound strategies across procurement, finance, IT, and legal Research accounts, identify key personas, and craft personalized sequences Break into accounts exploring automation, AI initiatives, or P2P transformation Engage & Educate Prospects Execute thoughtful, multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) Develop a crisp understanding of procurement workflows and how Sudozi replaces legacy systems Articulate the difference between traditional tools and an AI-native procurement and payments platform Conduct early discovery to identify pain points across intake, approvals, vendor management, and payments Position Sudozi’s value clearly and concisely Deliver strong handoffs to AEs and leadership Collaborate to Build the Motion Work closely with sales, marketing, and product to refine ICP and messaging Share market feedback to shape outbound strategy and GTM content Partner directly with founders in the earliest stages of category creation Track & Improve Maintain clean, accurate CRM documentation Hit weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach, conversations, and booked meetings What We’re Looking For 1–4 years of BDR/SDR, business development, or customer-facing SaaS experience (early career welcome) Exceptional written and verbal communication and ability to use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or other AI tools to 10x productivity.
