White Glove Community Care is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated TBI Waiver Marketing & Coordination Specialist to join our Brooklyn team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with New York State’s Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Waiver Program and a strong background in outreach, participant coordination, and program development. This position focuses on building community connections, promoting program awareness, and supporting participant engagement throughout the waiver process. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute outreach and marketing strategies to expand awareness of the TBI Waiver Program. Coordinate referrals, intakes, and communication between participants, service coordinators, and providers. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, community providers, and advocacy organizations. Organize and represent the program at community events and informational sessions. Track outreach and coordination activities, preparing periodic summary reports. Ensure participants and providers receive timely and accurate information about program benefits and eligibility. Maintain compliance with all TBI Waiver regulations, confidentiality standards, and internal policies. Qualifications Direct experience working with the New York State TBI Waiver Program. Strong understanding of waiver eligibility, service coordination processes, and provider collaboration. Demonstrated ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders and manage participant cases or program inquiries. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a community‑based environment. Work Schedule Full‑time, on‑site at our Brooklyn office.
