Body Shop Estimator A Body Shop Estimator ensures that customers and insurance companies receive prompt, courteous service while maintaining a 100% quality‑minded operation. Duties Serves as a liaison between insurance companies and clients. Accurately assess collision damage, provide documentation, implement and follow processes, keep work files and paperwork updated, and provide strong communication to both customers and insurance providers. Take ownership of the customer’s experience by carrying out additional assignments to leave a positive impression with the customer. Help distribute work between technicians and painters.
