Technical Marketing Specialist

Overview CHEM Group is a custom chemical processor with expertise in various distillation technologies, pastillation, blending, reaction chemistry purification and heat transfer fluids. We are currently looking for an outgoing and energetic Technical Marketing Specialist in Evansville, IN. What is a Technical Marketing Specialist? The Technical Marketing Specialist is responsible for marketing our Heat Transfer Fluids, Rolling Oils, and similar using ad platforms, website, monitoring customer systems for when service is required. What do I have to do? Conduct market research Identify and profile target industries Track competitor activity, pricing and product/service positioning Work closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads through targeted campaigns Manage data analytics from ad campaigns to track customer engagement and report marketing-to-sales conversion metrics Develop and execute campaigns on google ads, LinkedIn and similar trade platforms Create content for the company website, email campaigns and industry publications Assist SEO and SEM strategies to drive inbound leads Coordinate case studies, white papers and technical bulletins Support customer retention initiatives through targeted outreach Travel will be required for Trade shows with minimal travel outside of trade shows Report and present as requested tracking and status of these duties and responsibilities Other job duties/requirements may be assigned or changed to adapt to business needs Abide by the principles in the EHS&S mission statement Abide by ORG Chem Group's quality Policy What Benefits do you offer? Requirements Skills and Education Requirements: Required High School Diploma or equivalent 3 years of Marketing experience Good knowledge of artificial intelligence tools and CRM platforms Proficient in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access Strong understanding of B2B marketing channels (digital ads, trade shows and direct campaigns) Technical aptitude to grasp chemical product specifications and communicate benefits clearly Strong interpersonal skills and capable of establishing respect and credibility through actions, communications, understanding and personal presence Self-starter and highly motivated, and interested in learning scientific information Flexible to work in a small company atmosphere Preferred Bachelor's of Science Degree 5 years of Marketing experience Chemical Industry Experience EOE #J-18808-Ljbffr
