In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for a portfolio of clients. Your focus will be on ensuring their satisfaction, maintaining strong relationships, and identifying potential risks to support client success. What You'll Do: Manage day-to-day client interactions and regular check-ins. Monitor client satisfaction and elevate concerns as needed. Track updates and maintain client records. Support coordination with internal teams. Contribute to client retention efforts. What we are looking for: Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles. Understanding of software development or technology services. Experience managing multiple accounts. Willingness to travel occasionally. Advanced level of English.
