Marketing Specialist - Construction SaaS (US or Canada)
Title: Marketing Specialist (Construction SaaS)
Location: Fully Remote (US or Canada)
Compensation:
United States: $65,000 USD base salary
Canada: $70,000-$75,000 CAD base salary (up to $80,000 CAD for strong fit)
Bonus: Performance-based bonus opportunity (parent company program)
Travel: Quarterly (or periodic) visits to Bedford, Ohio HQ (expenses covered) + ability to travel nationally up to 25% during peak trade show season
Hours: 40 hours/week, flexible schedule
Work Authorization & Travel Requirement: Open to candidates legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada for any employer without sponsorship. Candidates must also be able to travel nationally up to 25% as required.
The Opportunity
SRA Staffing is conducting a search on behalf of a 50-year-old, U.S.-based construction software company (30 employees, $8-9M ARR) currently undergoing a cultural and operational transformation under new leadership.
The organization has deep industry roots and is actively modernizing its operations, marketing engine, and ERP ecosystem. This role supports that evolution and is best suited for someone who enjoys building, improving, and executing in a fast‑evolving environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Content & Revenue Support
Execute blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, and email campaigns
Develop sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one‑pagers, battle cards)
Support executive thought leadership and industry positioning
Coordinate and promote webinars
Marketing is expected to support pipeline, not just produce content.
Digital Marketing & Modernization
Manage marketing automation workflows and reporting support (HubSpot)
Support CRM alignment (Salesforce)
Assist with website and SEO initiatives (WordPress)
Use AI tools to accelerate content production and campaign execution
Contribute to modernization initiatives tied to ERP and operational transformation
This is a company in transition. You must be comfortable helping build structure, not inheriting perfection.
Events & Engagement
Support trade shows and industry events (seasonal)
Manage webinar logistics and post‑event nurture programs
Assist with customer advocacy initiatives
What Success Looks Like
Independently execute multi‑channel campaigns
Present performance insights to leadership
Contribute to measurable marketing‑sourced pipeline
Help standardize sales enablement resources
Integrate AI workflows to improve efficiency and turnaround time
Ideal Background
2‑3 years of marketing experience (B2B with a Sales enablement ecosystem (AM, AE); in SaaS construction, field services, or ERP or similar)
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple initiatives
Analytical mindset with business acumen
Comfortable working cross‑functionally across departments
Able to thrive in a company evolving its culture and systems
Portfolio or work samples strongly preferred (content, campaigns, enablement assets)
