The Position
The Marketing Operations Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining memberships and applying for certifications (including WBENC and WBE), keeping a calendar for the tradeshows of all the businesses in the organization, managing accounts and payment methods for all enterprise‑wide software services and website accounts, overseeing enterprise‑wide printing and promotional item ordering, and managing the ticketing system and department project calendar. This position reports to our Senior Director, Marketing and is located at our corporate office at 27501 Bella Vista Parkway, Warrenville, IL 60555.
Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Memberships and Certifications: Maintain memberships and apply for certifications, including WBENC and WBE.
Calendar Management: Keep a calendar for the tradeshows of all the businesses in the organization.
Account Management: Manage accounts and payment methods for all enterprise‑wide software services and website accounts.
Printing and Promotional Items: Oversee enterprise‑wide printing and promotional item ordering.
Ticketing System: Manage the ticketing system for the department.
Project Calendar: Maintain the department project calendar.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
Skills & Relevant Work Experience
Proven experience within a marketing department.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of marketing principles and practices.

The expected salary range for this position is $64,000 -$66,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
