
Business Development Executive

Drive new business opportunities by identifying and engaging international clients, with a strong focus on UK, US AND India-based markets. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support Conserve Solutions’ growth and revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the Engineering & Construction domain.
Handle end-to-end business development activities for UK, US & India-based clients including lead generation and deal closure.
Conduct business presentations, capability briefings, and solution demonstrations to prospective clients.
Develop and execute effective business development strategies aligned with company goals.
Achieve assigned revenue targets, KPIs, and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth proposal submission and client onboarding.
Prepare and maintain accurate business reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.
Skills Required Mandatory experience in UK or US OR Indian client handling including lead generation, relationship management, proposal coordination, and closures.
Proven background in Business Development within Engineering, Construction, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently with a strategic, analytical, and result-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business reporting systems.
Education & Experience UG: Any Graduate (PG preferred)
