About the Role We're seeking an Associate Manager of Growth Marketing to join our Marketing team and drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth through paid media channels. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you'll manage and optimize performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms while collaborating closely with Creative and Ecommerce teams. The ideal candidate brings 2-4 years of DTC ecommerce experience with a passion for data-driven growth marketing. In this role, you'll own day-to-day campaign management and optimization across paid channels, build and test creative hypotheses alongside our Creative team, analyze performance data and translate into actionable insights, and help shape the paid media strategy as we scale. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are a self-starter, love learning and testing new strategies, and understand the nuances of building a beauty brand in today's digital landscape. What you’ll do Assist in paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms (including AppLovin) to drive efficient new customer acquisition Directly contribute to new customer acquisition execution that align with business goals and revenue targets Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve new customer reach, increase ROAS and reduce CAC Collaborate with Creative team on ad development, testing, and performance optimization Support in agency relationships and hold external partners accountable to performance standards Support tracking and reporting on key growth metrics including new customer reach, CAC, ROAS, and acquisition volume Partner cross-functionally with Retention, Ecommerce, and Analytics to align paid media strategy with full-funnel business objectives Who you are: 2-4 years of DTC ecommerce experience, with beauty or CPG experience a plus Bachelor's degree required Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Applovin Ads preferred Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, reporting, and creative ideation, and display curiosity about how AI can reshape performance marketing Experience with Shopify preferred Familiarity with attribution tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Haus Creative strategy experience a plus Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start up and creative environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience Ability to work from our Montclair, NJ office as required (3 days per week) What Success Looks Like Consistently grow new customer acquisition volume while maintaining or improving first-touch ROAS and blended CAC across platforms Drive efficient new customer acquisition that supports business growth objectives Demonstrate clear command of the distinction between platform-reported and attribution-tool metrics, and use that to make better budget decisions Build a creative testing engine that produces consistent learnings and informs briefing upstream The compensation band for this role is: $72,000 - $92,000.
