Job Summary PatientPoint is seeking a seasoned Social Media Manager to serve as the company’s senior digital communications expert. Reporting directly to the VP of Corporate Communications, this leader will design and direct social media strategies that elevatePatientPoint’sreputation, amplify executive and brand visibility, and drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor with the confidence andexpertiseto counsel executives, teams, and cross-functional partners, while independently managing high-visibility initiatives across multiple platforms. This role requires exceptional judgment,strong communicationskills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at every level of the organization. What You’ll Do: Executive & Organizational Counsel: Adviseand counsel leaders, teams, and the broader organization on how to strategicallyleveragesocial media to strengthen corporate reputation, expand executive visibility, and advancePatientPoint’sleadership in healthcare. Enterprise Social Strategy: Execute a comprehensive social media vision that positions PatientPoint as an innovative category leader across LinkedIn, Facebook,Instagramand emerging platforms. Content Leadership: Create compelling, high-impact content that tells the PatientPoint story,showcasesinnovation, and engages audiences including healthcare professionals, industry partners, patients, and prospective talent. Thought Leadership Amplification: Design and execute executive visibility strategies, including social platform presence for PatientPoint leaders, to elevate corporate reputation and thought leadership. Governance & Standards: Establishand enforce best practices, playbooks, and guidelines that ensure all social media activity—enterprise and team-led—alignswith corporate strategy andmaintainsbrand integrity. Campaign Direction: Lead high-profile social media campaigns supporting product launches, thought leadership, industry events, and employer brand initiatives, ensuring alignment to businessobjectives. Analytics & Insights: Define KPIs, track performance, and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations tooptimizestrategy anddemonstrateimpact. Community Leadership: Build and nurture an engaged social media community by fostering authentic dialogue, managingPatientPoint’sonline reputation, and proactively addressing risks. Cross-Functional Integration: Partner with Corporate Communications, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and other business units to ensure a unified, enterprise-wide approach to external communications. Agency/Partner Management: Oversee external partners and vendors, ensuring deliverables meet enterprise needs and reflect best-in-class execution. Trend Leadership: Monitor industry and platform trends,identifyingopportunities to innovate andadvisingleadership on emerging digital strategies. What We Need: 5-7+ years of progressive experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or corporate communications, ideally with healthcare, B2B, or highly regulated industries. Proven ability to independently design and deliver enterprise-level social media strategies aligned with corporate goals. Demonstrated success advising and influencing senior executives, cross-functional teams, and business leaders. Strong writing and content creationexpertise, with the ability to craft compelling brand and leadership narratives across platforms. Advanced knowledge of analytics tools and methodologies to measure impact, generate insights, and refine strategy. Experience developing governance frameworks and managing high-stakes corporate and executive profiles. Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, ora relatedfield.
