Compensation: $60,000 base + performance incentives
Position Overview
Noble Hearts HR Consulting is recruiting on behalf of our client, Dex & Company, for a Business Development (Territory Rep). The position operates in a hybrid model , with administrative responsibilities performed remotely Monday–Thursday and onsite presence required Fridays in Somerville, NJ. Regular travel to client sites is expected.
Compensation Structure
Base Salary: $60,000 annually
Incentives:
$100 per qualified appointment
$250 per closed deal

Responsibilities
Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
Call new customers and set up sales appointments
Reach out to leads and follow up with potential customers
Achieve sales targets and goals
Maintain and pursue new and existing established business relationships to generate and qualify customer needs
Manage database of leads within SalesForce
Make 300-450 telephone calls per week
Generate 1-2 qualifying sales appointments each week
Actively scout your territories at least one time per week to generate 30-40 new leads monthly
Qualifications
Strong computer skills
SalesForce experience a plus
Mac experience a plus
Strong telephone skills
Well-versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Office
Well-versed with Google applications
Strong oral and written communication skills
Attention to detail with a strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively and efficiently
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Goal-oriented and able to achieve goals on a continuous monthly basis
Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
