You'll start with the Predictive Index (PI) assessment (takes Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour

Your Purpose
As a Sales & Marketing Support Specialist, you'll be the connective tissue between Marketing momentum and Sales execution, turning campaigns into pipeline and data into action. You'll ensure that leads, data, and campaigns flow seamlessly across teams, enabling smarter decisions, faster follow‑up, and stronger customer experiences. Your work will directly influence pipeline visibility, operational efficiency, and revenue growth, making you a critical player behind the scenes of every deal that moves forward.
What You’ll Do
Drive CRM excellence by maintaining clean, accurate data and building reports that power sales and marketing decisions
Support proposal and RFP development, helping craft polished, on‑brand materials that win business
Execute marketing campaigns and events by coordinating logistics, timelines, and campaign components
Manage and track leads through the pipeline, ensuring timely follow‑up and clear visibility into opportunity progress
Partner across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to improve processes and streamline workflows
Prepare reports and dashboards that translate activity into actionable insights
Provide day‑to‑day operational and administrative support that keeps teams aligned, organized, and moving forward
What You Bring (Briefcase)
Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Additional relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
1–3 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, reporting, or administrative operations
Hands‑on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
Experience supporting proposals, RFPs, or customer-facing materials
Exposure to marketing campaigns, reporting, or event coordination is a plus
Skills & Abilities (Head)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Skilled in CRM data management, reporting, and dashboard creation
Clear and professional communication—both written and verbal
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
Adaptable problem‑solver who can navigate shifting priorities with ease
Bonus: Experience with Canva, Monday.com, social platforms, or AI productivity tools
