
Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at EnQuest Energy Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and qualified lead generation. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and creative teams to craft compelling content, manage paid and organic channels, and use data to continually improve performance. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, CRM, email marketing, social media, and marketing automation platforms.
Primary functions & responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
On-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Keyword research and analysis
Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Pay-Per-Click (PPC)
Google Ads and Bing Ads expertise
Keyword bidding strategies
Conversion tracking and ROI analysis
Social Media Marketing
Strategy and campaign execution across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok)
Social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite)
Paid social advertising experience
Email Marketing
Campaign design and list segmentation
Familiarity with platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot
A/B testing and open/click-through rate optimization
Content Marketing
Blog and website content strategy
Copywriting and editorial calendar planning
Content distribution and syndication tactics
Analytics & Reporting
Google Analytics (GA4) and Tag Manager proficiency
UTM tagging and campaign performance tracking
Data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI)
ROI and KPI-based reporting
Tools & Platforms
CRM systems (HubSpot Preferred, Salesforce, Zoho)
CMS platforms (Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow, or Drupal)
Marketing automation tools (Marketo, ActiveCampaign, Pardot)
ChatGPT, Copilot or similar AI engines
Basic graphic design using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
Understanding of brand consistency and user experience (UX)
Video editing for social and web (nice-to-have)
Soft Skills & Strategic Thinking
Strong communication and storytelling ability
Project and time management
Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
Certifications & Experience (Optional but Valuable)
Google Ads or Google Analytics certification
HubSpot Marketing or Inbound Certification
3–5 years of experience in a digital marketing role
