Summary
The Marketing Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in facilitating the successful execution of marketing initiatives by overseeing project intake, organization, prioritization, and communication. The primary function is to provide robust support to the Marketing team, facilitating a streamlined project process. This role will leverage both established and emerging techniques, tools, and processes to contribute strategically to the marketing and communication objectives.
Essential Job Functions
Project Planning and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming marketing project requests, ensuring that necessary information is gathered and documented accurately. Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
Organization: Maintain a centralized system for tracking projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables. Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
Prioritization: Work closely with key stakeholders to assess project urgency and importance, making informed decisions about resource allocation and scheduling to facilitate timely completion of projects.
Communication: Facilitate clear and timely communication among team members, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and dependencies.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and collaboration across the marketing team. Provide input on final deliverables and assist with content development.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Marketing and Communications team.
Perform other duties and assignments as required.
Regular, in-person attendance due to necessary teamwork and the personal interactive nature of this position.
Overtime may be required at times to fulfill project timelines and responsibilities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
Experience with Google Workspace applications and Microsoft Office is preferred.
Proficiency in project management tools and software and marketing and customer relationship management tools is preferred.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships.
Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.
Familiarity with marketing principles, including branding, messaging, and campaign development.
Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in project coordination or management required, preferably in a marketing or communications environment.
Base Compensation Range
$25.94 - $38.91 per hour
Variable Compensation Range
Incentive bonus eligibility up to 12% of gross annual salary based on company performance.

Professional office environment with some time spent in the manufacturing area. Exposure to conditions such as dust, fumes, noise, and high-degree varying seasonal temperatures. Machinery with energy sources including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, chemical, or other energy.
