Architect Enterprise SEO Strategies: Develop comprehensive strategies for complex, multi‑location brands. This includes technical roadmaps, content strategies, and scalable linking strategies that perform nationally and dominate locally. Drive Execution & Results: Oversee the execution of campaign deliverables, ensuring that every tactic—from technical fixes to editorial content—is optimized for maximum impact. You will own the client’s performance metrics. Ensure Excellence: Guarantee that Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for your accounts are insightful and best‑in‑class. Monitor account health and intervene to prevent churn, with a target of maintaining 80%+ client retention. Shape the Agency: Partner with Talent Acquisition to define roles and salary bands for your department, and collaborate with leadership to refine company‑wide strategy. Who You Are: Qualifications & Experience Deep SEO Expertise: 8+ years of experience in Internet Marketing with a core focus on SEO. You have a deep understanding of technical SEO, on‑page optimization, and modern link building. Enterprise & Multi‑Location Niche: You have demonstrated experience working with franchise systems or large multi‑location businesses. You understand the unique challenges of managing local pages, citations, and consistency at scale. Agency DNA: You have a strong agency background and thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑service environment. You are comfortable managing multiple high‑priority projects simultaneously. Proven Leadership: You have direct experience managing, mentoring, and developing staff. You know how to build trust and get the best out of a team.
