Social Media Manager

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Manager, Social Media for a dynamic and growing consumer-focused organization. This is a hybrid role based in Monroe, CT, with 100% onsite required for the first 90 days, followed by a 3 days onsite / 2 days remote schedule. POSITION OVERVIEW The Manager, Social Media will lead the strategy and execution of social media initiatives designed to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and overall business impact. This role combines creative content development with performance-driven analysis to optimize results across platforms. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands‑on contributor who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
