We office in Austin, Dallas, Houston and San Antonio - with a portfolio spanning the United States and beyond. We have an immediate opening for a Graphic Designer to join our firm-wide People Operations team. As an integral part of a collaborative team, this role will focus on visual communications related to people and culture, with opportunities to partner across other teams including Marketing, Environmental Graphics, and Communities of Practice.

Qualifications
bachelor's degree or higher in graphic design (or similar)
understanding of graphic design principles, color theory and typography
proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere
familiarity with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
advanced photography skills strongly preferred
writing and composition skills preferred
