Leasing & Marketing Intern (Part-Time, Paid)

Allen & Pugh is urgently seeking motivated, outgoing Leasing & Marketing Interns to support the day‑to‑day leasing and marketing efforts across our growing downtown State College portfolio. This is a paid, part‑time position ideal for students interested in real estate, marketing, communications, or business who want hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, people‑forward environment.
Interns will play an active role in representing our brand, supporting leasing initiatives, and helping bring our communities to life, both online and in person.
What You’ll Do
Assist with leasing operations , including tours, prospect follow‑ups, and lead management
Support marketing efforts such as social media content, on‑site promotions, and outreach events
Represent Allen & Pugh at tabling events, open houses, and community activations
Help maintain strong curb appeal and tour‑ready presentation of our properties
Gather market feedback and insights from prospects and residents
Collaborate with the leasing and management team on special projects and campaigns
Serve as a brand ambassador for Allen & Pugh and our residential communities
Assist with content creation for Allen & Pugh’s social media channels, including photos, short‑form videos, captions, and story content
Capture on‑site content at our properties, events, and activations (move‑ins, tours, amenities, lifestyle moments, etc.)
Support execution of the weekly/monthly marketing content calendar
Help brainstorm creative, on‑brand ideas to showcase our communities and student lifestyle
Monitor engagement and flag trends, questions, or opportunities for interaction
Maintain consistent brand voice and visual standards across platforms
Assist with posting, scheduling, and basic performance tracking
Serve as a digital brand ambassador, helping highlight what makes each Allen & Pugh community unique
What We’re Looking For
Currently enrolled college student (marketing, communications, real estate, hospitality, business, or related field preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable engaging with peers, prospects, and residents
Organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented
Interest in real estate, leasing, marketing, or community‑building
Ability to work a flexible, part‑time schedule , including occasional evenings or weekends during peak leasing periods
Familiarity with social media platforms
