Sales and Marketing Management Trainee Responsibilities Perform B2B sales, account management, and customer service Curate sales and marketing training materials/workshops Manages the completion for corporate objectives by individual product lines Drives and directs sales staff to meet or exceed corporate goals. Projects a positive image to clients and the community. Works with National Account Mangers to develop mutual objectives and problem-solving issues Ensures accurate weekly reports and KPI details Initiates and participates in and supervises ongoing training of a team of sales representatives, ensuring clear understanding of products and SOPs Carefully tracks forecasts and takes corrective action when necessary. Partner with operations departments to ensure full participation in servicing accounts Sales and Marketing Management Trainee Qualifications: Prior experience in sales or customer success Team player Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to effectively delegate tasks and assignments Must thrive in a team environment Leads by example Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-moving sales environment Values leadership and innovation If you're passionate about the role and looking for a growth-oriented career, apply today!
