About the Role
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role is responsible for equipping sales teams with the content, training, processes, and tools needed to drive performance. The position works closely with Sales, Marketing, National Accounts, Operations, Product, Pricing, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales and marketing initiatives. Ownership of national tradeshows and industry events is also a key component of the role.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, national accounts, or B2B training
Strong cross‑functional collaboration experience in a fast‑paced environment
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and sales enablement tools
Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Highly organized, data‑driven, and able to manage projects from concept to execution
Willingness to travel nationally, approximately 30–50%
