Your role
As a Business Development Specialist, your mission is to drive and support business development for key market segments. You will report to the Business Development Manager.
You will
provide applications support
drive and support business development
work with product companies, systems, local suppliers, and customers to source and offer the best solutions
be responsible for product management
obtain regional feedback
drive market growth through application and product sales
be responsible for product pricing management
determine target markets and applications to direct sales to areas with highest potentials
develop value propositions
perform business support to justify forecast
develop and upgrade market-based materials
drive training packages and provide training
minimize warranty costs
support the sales team

You have 5+ years of experience, working within either a combination of vacuum systems applications or equivalent product sales/business development experience.
Qualifications
Experience within OEM or End User with process equipment development, product management or marketing
Experience in Engineering, Business Development, Product Management, or similar.
Proven business development skills
Creative & Strategic thinking skills
Ability to motivate and drive cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Conflict resolution & mediation, good negotiation skills
Excellent communication, presentation skills
Fluent English Essential - Spanish and French useful
Knowledge of Material Science, Chemistry and Physics relating to customers' technical processes used across industries.
