Job Description
The Digital Designer will collaborate closely with our digital team—spanning website, email, and performance marketing to bring impactful digital experiences to life. This role translates product stories and brand positioning into compelling, digital-first creative that drives engagement and conversion.
With a strong command of visual design and flawless execution, the Digital Designer operates at the speed and rigor required of a high-growth digital environment. A proactive creative partner, this person consistently pushes ideas forward, explores new design approaches, and elevates how we connect with consumers online. Multidimensional in both mindset and skillset, the Digital Designer ultimately delivers innovative, on‑brand creative that strengthens and advances our digital presence.
Responsibilities
Develop and create digital designs for websites, email, social media, and other digital platforms.
Generate innovative design concepts and visual solutions that meet business objectives.
Create and edit short‑form video content, including updating on‑screen text, logos, and lower thirds, and assembling engaging Reels for social and digital channels.
Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand’s visual identity and guidelines.
Work closely with developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project execution.
Design with a focus on user experience (UX), ensuring designs are user‑friendly and engaging.
Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and other relevant tools.
Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the digital space.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on‑brand.
Qualifications
Outstanding portfolio showcasing best-in-class solutions with a high level of design excellence
Command of core graphic design skills: typography, layout, color theory, etc.
Understanding of e-commerce, email, social, and performance marketing channels
Modern creative mindset with an understanding of tools: motion graphics, social content
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at any given time
Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with basic video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).
At least 2 years in a digital design role.
Proficiency in graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and ability to create designs that work across various devices.
High level of attention to detail in visual design and quality assurance processes.
Familiarity with platforms like WordPress and Klayvio.
