Marketing Manager

Our client, a leader in the FinTech industry, is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager. This role will be onsite 3x per week in New York, NY. *This is a 1-year W2 contract position with benefits & paid holidays!* As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will develop marketing campaigns that drive adoption and active use of SaaS products for small businesses. With your skillset leveraging customer data, insights, marketing automation tools, and AI tools, you will drive growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, and personalization initiatives. What You'll Be Doing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to partner-led/third-party SaaS integration initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Product Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and Creative teams to execute campaigns, analyze results, and align various strategies Track, measure, and report performance of partner-driven campaigns , ensuring consistent messaging, branding, and customer experience Proactively make recommendations, communicate status, identify risks, and thoughtfully negotiate with partners and stakeholders on deadlines, scope of work, and potential tradeoffs Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 3+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing Management, overseeing CRM marketing channels such as email marketing, push notifications, SMS, and/or in-product display ads Experience applying automated and/or AI-driven marketing solutions using tools such as Eloqua & Marketo Prior experience using Figma & QuickBase Desired Skills & Experience Experience marketing to B2B and/or SMB audiences Experience developing campaigns related to third-party partnerships, SaaS integrations, or cross-selling initiatives Prior experience in SaaS or tech industries strongly preferred!
