Role Description This full-time remote Account Manager role involves maintaining and growing relationships with key clients, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, and meeting client objectives. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of communication between clients and internal teams, manage project timelines, monitor campaign performance, handle reporting and deliverables, and provide excellent client service to build lasting partnerships. Additionally, the role includes identifying new opportunities for clients and aiding in the growth of their accounts. Qualifications Client Relationship Management, Customer Communication, and Problem-Solving skills Project Management, Organizational, and Time Management abilities Knowledge of Digital Advertising, Marketing Campaigns, and Media Sales Proficiency in Data Analysis, Reporting, and Performance Metrics Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to work collaboratively across remote teams and independently Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred Experience in the media or advertising industry is an advantage Proficiency with CRM tools and project management software is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
