We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to lead content creation and strategy for a high-profile individual in the lifestyle and design space. This role is ideal for someone with a strong point of view on interiors, home design, and elevated aesthetics—someone who not only understands trends, but has a distinct personal taste level.
This is a hands-on role for a true content creator—someone who can concept, shoot, edit, and publish compelling social content while maintaining a consistent and authentic voice. You’ll work closely with talent in both planned and real-time environments, capturing everything from polished branded shoots to behind-the-scenes, day-in-the-life moments.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end social content creation: ideation, shooting, editing, and publishing across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Develop and execute a cohesive content strategy with a strong emphasis on design, interiors, and lifestyle storytelling
Capture content in a variety of settings, including in-home shoots, branded productions, press moments, and occasional events
Translate the talent’s voice into compelling, on-brand social copy and visual storytelling
Manage and maintain a consistent posting cadence and content calendar
Oversee community management, including engaging with followers and maintaining brand tone in comments and messages
Track performance and deliver regular reporting with insights and recommendations for optimization
Collaborate with internal and external creative partners (producers, editors, content teams) as needed
Stay ahead of platform trends while maintaining a refined, design-forward aesthetic
Qualifications
3–6+ years of experience in social media management and content creation, ideally supporting a public figure, influencer, or lifestyle brand
Proven ability to independently shoot, edit, and publish high-quality, social-first content
Strong eye for design, interiors, and visual composition; passion for home, furnishings, and lifestyle aesthetics is essential
Experience working directly with talent, influencers, or artists in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
Deep understanding of platform best practices, trends, and audience engagement strategies
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to capture and replicate a distinct voice
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
Confident, professional, and comfortable in close working environments with talent
Primarily standard business hours (9–5) with strong work/life balance
Occasional evening or event-based content capture (infrequent)
Combination of remote work and on-site content capture (including residential settings)
