Overview We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented PR & Events Coordinator who loves to place media stories, work with ourpartners, organize events and build strategic content. Applicants must be based in New York City. Beverage industry experience and exposure to integrated marketing campaigns are a plus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support account teams with client branding and communications program Assist with PR tasks such as media list management, pitching, reporting, and research Coordinate client events and sponsorships, from initial planning to on-site management Assist with internal operations, including project tracking, meeting coordination, and client reporting Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards Maintain organized records and help optimize internal processes for efficiency Liaise with vendors, clients, and partners as needed Participate in team and client meetings as needed and provide ideas and solutions Will be required to participate in virtual or live events/meetings across different time zones, which will include flexible working hours. Ability to travel as needed. Other duties as assigned Education/Experience Background or interest in marketing, communications, events and partnerships 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or support role (agency experience a plus) Beverage industry, lifestyle, or international experience preferred Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working under deadlines Tech-savvy, with experience using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Asana, or similar Familiarity with media databases or tools like Muck Rack or Meltwater Friendly, flexible, and eager to contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture Foreign language skills a plus Compensation Competitive, DOE Medical, dental and 401K upon qualification PTO Flexible schedule: hybrid in-office and work from home #J-18808-Ljbffr
