With more than two decades of experience in information technology and systems integration, PruTech supports organizations through: Project-based system integration Package implementation services Consulting and advisory services Data and analytics solutions Nearshore and offshore delivery models Position Overview PruTech is seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage execution independently while collaborating with internal teams. The coordinator will help drive consistency in messaging, support campaign execution, and ensure marketing workflows stay on track. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives Draft and edit content including internal communications, LinkedIn posts, and marketing copy Assist with website updates and content coordination Support event marketing logistics, including pre-event and post-event communications and materials Organize and manage marketing workflows, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content, updates, and approvals Create and format marketing materials such as one-pagers, presentations, and email communications Schedule social media posts, monitor engagement, and maintain consistent posting cadence Track and report basic performance metrics for campaigns and social media efforts Coordinate with external vendors for print, signage, and promotional materials Provide general administrative support related to marketing operations Required Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience drafting professional content for social media and internal communications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic social media management tools Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a technology or professional services environment Basic knowledge of website content management systems Experience supporting event marketing initiatives Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance tracking tools Experience working with design tools such as Canva or Adobe PruTech Solutions, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
